This Privacy Policy explains how toqrvaliq (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit our website or submit information through our forms. It also explains your rights and how to manage cookie preferences.
1. Introduction & Controller Identity
toqrvaliq provides educational content and training related to electric scooter sales and retail practices. We design modules covering product fundamentals, customer service, sales strategy, retail operations routines, and industry trend awareness. Because we handle registration and inquiry requests through our site, we process limited personal data to respond and provide information.
Data Controller: toqrvaliq Education LLC.
Registered address: KorunnĂ 2569/108, Vinohrady (Praha 10), 101 00 Praha, Czechia.
Contact email: [email protected].
Effective Date: March 14, 2026. If you have questions about this policy or how your information is handled, you can contact us using the email above.
2. Personal Data We Collect
The website is designed to minimize data collection. We collect only what is reasonably necessary to operate the site, protect it from abuse, and respond to training inquiries.
- Identity and contact details: name and email address when you register interest or contact us.
- Form content: any information you include in a message field on contact forms (for example, store context, role, or training goals).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type/version, device and operating system, language settings, and approximate location inferred from IP (city/region-level).
- Usage data: pages viewed, time spent, referrer/exit pages, and interaction patterns (such as which pages are opened and general navigation paths).
- Cookies and identifiers: first-party cookies used for essential site functions and the cookie consent record; and (if consented) analytics and marketing identifiers described below.
- Conversion events: if you complete a registration or inquiry form, we may record a conversion event to measure the effectiveness of our pages and communications (only when analytics/marketing consent applies, where required).
We do not intentionally collect special-category data (such as health data, religious beliefs, political opinions), government identification numbers, or financial account details through this website. Please avoid including sensitive information in free-text fields.
3. Why We Process Data & Legal Basis (GDPR Article 6)
We process personal data for specific, limited purposes. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Responding to registration and contact requests (Article 6(1)(b) contract / steps at your request) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(a) consent (when you explicitly request to be contacted and provide consent in the form).
- Operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interests), including preventing fraud, abuse, and maintaining service reliability.
- Analytics (Article 6(1)(a) consent), when you opt in to analytics cookies in our cookie preferences.
- Marketing and advertising measurement (Article 6(1)(a) consent), when you opt in to marketing cookies and related measurement.
- Legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)), where we must keep certain records to comply with applicable laws.
Automated decision-making (Article 22): We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as pixel tags. We categorize cookies as Essential, Analytics, and Marketing. You can manage your preferences at any time using the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the site footer.
Essential (always active)
Essential cookies are required for the site to function. They include cookies for session continuity and storing your consent settings. These cookies do not require consent in many jurisdictions because they are strictly necessary.
- _site_session: supports basic session continuity and site functionality.
- cookie_consent: stores your cookie preference choices.
Analytics (consent required)
If you opt in, we may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which pages are used and where the site can be improved. When configured, GA4 can use IP anonymization and reports are designed to be aggregated. Typical analytics cookies include _ga and _ga_XXXXXXXXXX. Analytics data retention is configured for up to 14 months.
Marketing (consent required)
If you opt in, marketing cookies and related tags may be used to measure advertising performance and show relevant messages. This can include Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) technologies. Typical cookies include _gcl_au, _fbp, and _fbc (when a click identifier is present). Marketing cookies are usually retained for up to 90 days, depending on the provider and configuration.
In addition to cookies, some measurement may occur through pixel tags and server-side events. Where used, these systems may process device identifiers derived from IP address and User-Agent strings, as well as conversion events. If server-side event forwarding is enabled in the future, we will continue to apply the same consent choices to those events.
For more detail, please see our Cookie Policy.
5. Consent (EEA/UK)
Users in the EEA and UK receive a consent notice under GDPR/UK GDPR. Analytics and marketing cookies activate only after explicit, informed, freely given consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Consent is recorded in the cookie_consent browser cookie (typically stored for 12 months).
You may withdraw consent at any time by using the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the footer or by clearing cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
6. Sharing With Advertising & Service Partners
We use a limited set of service providers to run the site and, if you consent, to measure and improve marketing performance. Depending on your cookie preferences and interactions, the following may receive data:
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Tag Manager/remarketing where enabled): cookie identifiers, device and usage data, and conversion events. Provider policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel, Custom/Lookalike Audiences, Conversion API where enabled): page views, conversions, audience membership, and (where applicable) hashed identifiers. Provider policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
- Cloudflare (CDN and security): IP-based threat detection and performance optimization. Provider policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
We do not sell personal data. These providers act as processors or independent controllers depending on the context and their policies. Where applicable, we configure services to limit use of site data, and we do not permit providers to use site data for their own independent commercial purposes beyond providing the contracted service.
7. International Data Transfers
Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, including in the United States. When personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as:
- EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) where applicable (and the UK Extension to the DPF where relevant).
- Standard Contractual Clauses (EU 2021/914) as a fallback.
- UK International Data Transfer Addendum/IDTA as a fallback for UK transfers.
We also apply reasonable safeguards to reduce risk, such as limiting data collection, honoring cookie consent, and using reputable providers with published security practices.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above:
- Contact and registration submissions: up to 2 years from the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal reasons.
- Email correspondence: for the duration of the relationship plus 1 year, depending on the context.
- Server logs and security records: generally up to 90 days, unless needed longer to investigate abuse or incidents.
- Analytics configuration: up to 14 months, where enabled and consented.
- Marketing cookies: retained according to cookie lifetimes (often up to 90 days), where enabled and consented.
- Cookie consent records: up to 3 years for audit purposes, where required or appropriate.
- Legal/tax records: as required by law (often 6–10 years for certain business records, where applicable).
9. Your Rights (GDPR & UK GDPR)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to withdraw consent (Article 7(3)) where processing is based on consent.
- Access (Article 15)
- Rectification (Article 16)

10. Children
This site is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that personal data from a child under 16 has been provided without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.
11. Do Not Track

We may ask for limited information to verify the request. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
13. Business Transfers
If toqrvaliq Education LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, insolvency, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. If a transfer materially changes how personal data is used, we will provide notice on the site.
14. California (CCPA / CPRA)
This section applies to California residents where the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA applies. In the past 12 months, we may have collected the following categories:
- Identifiers (such as name, email, IP address, cookie identifiers) shared with service providers and, if you consent, advertising partners.
- Internet or network activity (such as browsing interactions) shared with analytics and advertising providers, where enabled and consented.
- Inferences (such as interests/preferences derived from site activity) used for advertising measurement and audience building, where enabled and consented.
We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. We may share data for cross-context behavioral advertising when marketing cookies are enabled by your consent. California residents may opt out of sharing for targeted advertising by adjusting cookie preferences via the footer link.
You may request to know, delete, or correct personal information by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “California Privacy Request”. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.
15. Virginia (VCDPA)
If you are a Virginia resident, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of personal data, and opt out of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data or engage in profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Virginia Privacy Request”. If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing with the subject line “Appeal of Refusal — Privacy Request”. We will respond to appeals within 60 days, as required by law.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or services. Material changes will be announced via a visible notice on the website at least 14 days before the changes take effect where feasible. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised whenever we publish an update.
